Question About Low Energy

Depends, are we talking low energy in trading (which was what I was talking about in this post, Low Energy Cycle) or just in general?

The low energy cycle I was talking about comes around when ever you are spending a lot of energy on learning a subject, cramming it basically. You cannot do this endlessly, and a period of rest HAS to happen before you can begin again.

Low energy in general that lasts a year is another matter. Basically you have to determine if it is mental or physical. There are ways to determine that...
